Grand Yaji 26 August 2018



Introduction

This, the 96th yaji meeting of the London Youlan Qin Society, was a part of the First London International Guqin Festival. It was held at the Oriental Club, London.

Music

The following music was played:

  2. Huaxu Yin 华胥引 (Huaxu Prelude), played by Juni Yeung

  4. Guangling San 广陵散 (Guangling San), played by Li Chan
  5. Qiu Feng Ci 秋风词 (Ode to the Autumn Wind), played by Omid Christoph Bürgin
  6. Yueren Ge 越人歌 (Song of the Yue Boatman), played and sung by Elaine Yu (qin and voice) and Dennis Lee (xiao)
  7. Guangling San 广陵散 (Guangling San), introductory sections), played by Marnix Wells
