Wan Ying

Wan Ying is a composer/arranger and plays ruan lutes, gehu (bass fiddle) and various percussion instruments. Born in Beijing, he graduated in composition from the Shoobi Music Academy in Tokyo. Since settling in the UK in mid 1990s, he has worked in Chinese music both in the UK and in Europe as a music arranger, ruan and gehu player and percussionist.
